How Much does Delivery Cost?
- Due to recent increases by Royal Mail we charge £2.99 for orders up to £24.99 per delivery address.
- Orders between £25.00 and £49.99 are charged at our standard rate of £4.99
- We offer FREE delivery for All orders over £50.00 or within a 3 mile radius of LS29 8NA
How long does it take to process and ship my Order?
- We aim to process orders, at the latest the next business day after receiving your order.
- We use Royal Mail for dispatching our orders
- You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
- At Peak Times such as Christmas & Easter there may be delays due to stock availability or postal delays and we advise that orders placed for special occasions are placed in good time.
Will someone need to sign for delivery?
- No. However as most orders will be too large to fit through the letterbox, the order may be returned to your local Royal Mail Depot if nobody is home to accept the delivery, Royal Mail should leave you a Missed You Card for you to take to your local depot with your ID so you can collect your order.
- Royal Mail will hold your order returned to the depot for 18 calendar days, after this time the order will be returned to us and we will notify you of this and if requested offer a full refund, or arrange for redelivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, if the product/s are damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.
Please send photos of any damage / defective items along with your name and order number and a description of the issue, we will then evaluate the issue and contact you with to assist in rectifying the issue.
Refunds
- Please ensure you check your delivery address and order details carefully before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery address being provided, we reserve the right to only refund you the for the products purchased Not the postage costs.
- We do not offer Refunds on Consumable Items.
- If a Refund or Partial refund is approved this will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take your bank or credit card company some time to process the refund.
